1. I really like the lend - performance page ... Very good mertics and such. Great for simulating and selecting. However, I would really dig if I could use my saved searches I have already in the system there as well ... i.e. Apply my searches to "historical" data so as to match up with what I'd look at future. Obviously there isn't much data yet but it'd be great to be able to build some sort of trending off of what IS there.
2. I'd really like a way to find a profile without having a listing to go off ... for instance ... In the forums, someone will discuss a listing but won't give a link to it ... I have their profile name but no way to find their listing based on just that (the search doesn't appear to work that way) ... Hopefully I'm just missing something ???
3. In the "View loans" page ... I would love to have an option to change the columns of information ... For instance ... I don't care what the origination date is now that the loans are funded & have originated ... What I'm really looking for is what the next payment due date is so I can start to plan my next round of bids ...
4. I would also REALLY appreciate a way to differentiate between a borrower submitting and discretionary payment vs. a scheduled payment vs. an early scheduled payment ... Especially in light of the fact that #3 makes it so I have to dig into each loan to find out WHEN the next payment is due.
5. Differentiation between non-homeowners and renters ... Right now the system specifically hurts borrowers who are not homeowners but may be solid long term renters. Allow the borrowers to identify themselves that they are renters etc.
6. We need a faster way to push additional funds into accounts. Potentially a Credit Card backed system for instance where a certain metric'd amount would be "transferred" to your account while the transfer process was underway ... A CC authorization could be done to verify that the funds will be "covered" in the event the money isn't there when the transfer was completed. This would provide a good way to get some additional funds into the system w/o the 4 day way ... A fee could be charged even for these "Express" transfers to cover the CC billing etc. ...
Thoughts ?!?

This one is actually easy to get around. All profile URLs are in the form https:/ /www.prosper.com/public/groups/member_home.aspx?screen_name=Shenandoah
All you do is replace the last section with the username you want to look up (this only works if you know the username, which may or may not be the same as the forum username).
Note that I put a space in the URL so the entire thing would show, rather than getting cut off with ...s

From the Standing Orders menu, add a link for each SO to trigger the Performance Data based on the settings of the SO.
(this would be a reverse approach to using the performance data metrics to generate a SO).
This way, as I tweak my SO criteria, I can get a sense for how it would likely affect expected performance.
Challenge: In the event this feature is implemented by September 15, 2006, I will cause a basket of cookies to be delivered to Prosper HQ in SF.

This one really seems key. Origination date isn't useful after a week has gone by after origination. I'd like to be able to sort by next due-date.

I really like the idea of saved searches. That is something I thought of the first time I started doing searches--kind of like they have in eBay.

You can save searches. Just complete an advanced search (I'm not seeing a save option from a basic search), then on the results page, at the top of the page, there's a box that says "Save this search:"

Hmm. I never saw that. Thanks for pointing it out. I guess I was looking for a section in my account that had a place for those like on the Standing Order page or something.

The cookies were ordered at 2:00am this morning. The Prosper peeps should make sure they have some milk in the office on Monday.
